Our molds are intended for professional and long-term use. The thickness of our mold panels and corner parts are heavy duty and made of thicker material than most well-known alternative producers of concrete molds.
The corner pieces, which are often used intensively when opening and closing the mold, are hot-dip galvanised, which means that corrosion has a much smaller chance than with corner pieces (of other brands) that are painted.
Our patented modular design offers our users strong advantages. The modular design allows the production of a wide variety of products with a minimum number of parts. Only one basic block mold and a set of inserts are needed to produce different stackable concrete blocks. Do you want to produce other block sizes? Our moulds consist of 4 walls that are interchangeable in order to produce different sized blocks easily.
Need to replace parts in the future? Corner pieces and walls are also sold separately.This saves you the expense of having to buy a completely new mould, or, in the event of damage, having to grind or weld yourself.
