Block Moulds

Use this product in combination with our jersey barrier insert and mount it in the basic mould.

A Jersey barrier block with a slope, often referred to as a “transition block”, is a special type of barrier designed to smoothly end a row of standard Jersey barrier blocks and create a gradual transition. This type of block is particularly useful for improving safety and traffic flow in situations where a sudden elevation change would be undesirable.

As is the case for all our modular mould products, this insert can easily be added in our base mould.

By using this slope insert you can produce angled blocks, and after removal you can produce the standard Jersey barrier blocks again. If the Jersey barrier insert is also taken out of the basic mould, the user can produce standard interlocking concrete blocks.
