EVERYONE CAN PRODUCE INTERLOCKING CONCRETE ‘LEGO’ BLOCKS!
Precast concrete Lego blocks are easy to produce by following the instructions below. Pour various concrete blocks according to your needs and keep investment costs to a minimum. From cast concrete to finished Lego blocks.

STEP 1
PREPARE CONDITIONS TO CAST
Place a concrete form plywood panel or a steel plate on the ground to create a flat surface and position the mould construction on top. If the mould has been used before, make sure to clean it and remove any concrete residue.

STEP 2
APPLY MOULD RELEASE AGENT
Spray a concrete release oil into the mould. Make sure to spray all inner walls and the bottom panel.

STEP 3
MIX AND POUR CONCRETE
Pour concrete into the mould. Make sure there is enough concrete to fill up the mould completely.

STEP 4
CONCRETE VIBRATION
Use a concrete vibrator during the pouring process to remove air bubbles, which can substantially weaken the concrete. When vibrating the concrete you will start to see small bubbles rise to the increasingly flat and smooth surface.

STEP 5
SMOOTH OUT SURFACE OF THE CONCRETE
Even out the concrete with a trowel to create a dense and smooth surface. Use concrete smoothing trowels. Respect the curing time of the concrete, which depends on the concrete mixture and the production environment.

STEP 6
OPENING THE MOULD
Remove the wedges with a hammer and place them in the specially designated slots on the side panel exterior. Open the mould easily using the mould opening tool.
STEP 7
READY TO USE
After removal of the mould your block is ready to use. The produced blocks can be easily positioned or stacked by using our accessories such as block clamps, a block rotator or lifting beams.
